1. Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2.What if there is a defect in my garment?
   Please keep in mind that these are hand woven, handmade products. There may be a certain amount of irregularities in it. But if there is any major defect in quality (which are not expected) and subjective to appropriate review by our concerned back end team, then we will certainly stand by our product and provide a replacement or store credit. Please send an email to customercare@lathaputtanna.com regarding the issue within three days of receiving the parcel.

 
3. What if the blouse I received does not fit me well?
    We try our best to fit the blouses to the sizes given by you. In spite of that, if the blouse doesn’t fit you, they are stitched with about two inch margins and can be easily altered by either adding a stitch or removing a stitch. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself you can send it back to us with detailed instructions and we will re-alter and send it back to you.


4. Is it possible to receive the blouse piece to custom tailor it by your respective tailors?
    Kindly note, if desired we have provided an option of selecting Unstitched blouse fabric in the detailed product page. Please select this option to receive the embroidered fabric unstitched.
