Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Do you ship to all the countries?
Yes, we ship to almost all parts of India and almost all countries.
2. What are your shipping charges?
a) Free shipping across India.
b) We charge for International shipping as per actual Fedex worldwide rates. The rates are based on the shipping country and the the total weight of the product(s).
3. Are there any customs charges?
In our experience, small parcels (i.e. few sarees) don’t normally incur any custom duties. But, if any customs duty is levied then it will need to be borne by the customer.
4. Who is your courier partner? How do I track shipping of my products once bought?
We ship all our clothes through UPS or FedEx, two most reliable parcel services in the country. We will send you an e-mail with the expected date of delivery and the tracking number so that you can check the status online.
5. How long will it take for the parcel to arrive once it is shipped?
Orders placed will be shipped within the time frame quoted on the product page. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time in India would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For International shipments the products may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Latha Puttanna is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as we continuously try to nought such instances. Also, Latha Puttanna reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
1. Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2.What if there is a defect in my garment?
Please keep in mind that these are hand woven, handmade products. There may be a certain amount of irregularities in it. But if there is any major defect in quality (which are not expected) and subjective to appropriate review by our concerned back end team, then we will certainly stand by our product and provide a replacement or store credit. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the issue within three days of receiving the parcel.
3. What if the blouse I received does not fit me well?
We try our best to fit the blouses to the sizes given by you. In spite of that, if the blouse doesn’t fit you, they are stitched with about two inch margins and can be easily altered by either adding a stitch or removing a stitch. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself you can send it back to us with detailed instructions and we will re-alter and send it back to you.
4. Is it possible to receive the blouse piece to custom tailor it by your respective tailors?
Kindly note, if desired we have provided an option of selecting Unstitched blouse fabric in the detailed product page. Please select this option to receive the embroidered fabric unstitched.
Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
